Their suffering was overwhelming. They wept and cried. Some did not know where their children were and had not seen them in years. Due to being exposed, several employees in this particular office were fired. However, they have now been rehired either in neighboring counties or in the same county again. According to the calls I am now receiving, the conditions in that county are returning to the same practices that they had before the light was shown on their evil deeds.

Having worked with probably cases statewide, and now hundreds and hundreds across this nation and in nearly every state, I am convinced there is no responsibility and no accountability in Child Protective Services system. It has been beyond me to turn my back on these suffering, crying, and beaten down individuals.

We are mistreating the most innocent. Child Protective Services have become an adult centered business to the detriment of children. No longer is judgment based on what the child needs or who the child wants to be or with whom, or what is really best for the whole family; it is some adult or bureaucrat who makes the decisions, based often on just hearsay, without ever consulting a family member, or just what is convenient, profitable, or less troublesome for the social workers.

I have witnessed such injustice and harm brought to so many families that I am not sure if I even believe reform of the system is possible! The system cannot be trusted. It does not serve the people. It obliterates families and children simply because it has the power to do so. Children deserve better. Families deserve better. Donate login. I have come to the conclusion: that poor parents very often are targeted to lose their children because they do not have the where-with-all to hire lawyers and fight the system.

When many shady things are done by CPS caseworkers, it is usually slipped under the carpet, parents who had been wrongfully accused and slandered are left unable to actually battle this off in the court. The discouraging factor usually lies on the protracted nature of court cases against CPS I have only heard of few , of which the case battle span for years.

It is quite disheartening when you put other factors into consideration such as laws upholding Governmental Bodies Immunity. This confidentiality laws have been well-played by CPS to kill substantial evidences against them and to keep the populace in the Dark as regard their true horrible and corrupt images. When I am opportune to talk to people about what is going on in the black-rooms of CPS, I am surprised as to their reactions. Many are usually shocked in either belief or unbelief, but after shedding some more hours they get to cherish the information and warnings.

Once in a blue moon, I hear and read of Parents who defies the odds! Parents who continued on the trail not just to get their children back, but to transparently reveal the ill treatments and perjury this ugly System employs, so as to bring the public eye to these hidden niche of children kidnaps and marketing. I have been researching and keying my time into the horrors of many governmental and human-greed-corruption-plagued systems for years now, but the CPS system is undoubtedly one of the ugliest among the lists!.

This cases have brought to light with lawful backing that CPS caseworkers are just another layer of corruption higher than many other corruption plagued systems in the world. It is high time parents start fighting back in a very strategic manner. Funding for this long lawsuits are usually the main issue, and many parents are left voiceless since they are incapable of sustaining such a protracted battle.

Just imagine all the injustice and crimes this system has wrought under color of the law. To make matters worst, this same caseworker was reported to have been promoted to rank of Supervisor, just begin to imagine all the criminal and family injustice those under her would be upholding.

Undeniably, there comes a time, when reforms are not made, that a broken system need to be cast aside. The Child protective agencies need to follow this queue of being cast aside. Family unit is Divine and should be left in peace! I am thankful to parents who have decided to reveal this camouflaged perpetrator of cruelty to the entire public.

We need more cases like that of the Hardwicks, I believe if this system can be opposed and made to pay hugely for their ill-practices they would begin to think twice before trying to trade parents' and their children's Joy for colored papers money. They need to be stopped at all cost, Let's bring this hidden facts to the eyes of the entire world.
