Now thanks to persistent perks you can cheat your way to the Juggernog effect without even buying the drink! Here's how to do it.. Note: This guide applies to solo not multiplayer. On Die Rise, once you've gone through the double doors from the spawn room you'll notice the elevator on the right hand side is open and working, although it's slow to move.

Buy the quick revive perk from the machine inside the elevator and let a zombie down you. Now the important part, do NOT shoot any zombies while you are downed and wait to be revived. Get back up and you should see glowing green circles which means you've received a persistent perk for Juggernog. Now you can get hit 4 times instead of the usual 2 before going down. What's more impressive is when the persistent perk is combined with Juggernog, it's going to take 6 hits to take you down.
