I reside in Olathe Kansas as a minority and came to Atlanta to visit family. On the way to my mother's house, we stopped in at moss pawn where my bargain hunting mother wanted to purchase something for my daughter. We not only ended up buying a pretty little necklace for her, but my mother ended up also purchasing a world war 2 era rifle My Mother! I feel better knowing her house has an easy to operate firearm, and I can just not imagine ever being treated better at any store anywhere in Kansas no matter what my race.

The only thing nicer than their customer service was the owner's smile. Sounds like sour grapes. I believe he said if a brown man not men ran through his back yard Both these guys are military vets who served honorably and have seen every kind of greedy evil people around the world.

I agree if you don't like a company you probably shouldn't shop there and leave time for the rest of the customers who enjoy going there and talking with everyone.

If you have a complaint you could tell them in person or express your issue with the owner. These guys support Freedom and the US Constitution for all US citizens no matter what your color or ethnic background. Don't try to get the brown, black or hispanic community stirred up as most of them are loyal customers of Moss and good friends with the staff.

But if you have an issue by all means excercise your US right to free choice. I took the ring back to them the following day and was told that I had probably switched out the stones and I could not get a refund. I could only be issued store credit. I was mortified that someone would tell me they thought I was a thief in so many words.

We are familiar with this customer and situation. This incident happened in December of and she did not bring the ring back the following day, it was almost a week after she purchased the ring that she returned it. Not only did she not have the original sales receipt, she was either unable or unwilling to show us the documentation of the appraisal showing the details of the ring. However, because she was known to us and a somewhat regular customer, we offered her a store credit which she used to get a white gold bracelet we had on display.

We never accused her of being a thief. We have been in business for 35 years and have developed a reputation of being fair and honest. Please come and meet us so that you can judge for yourself whether we can be trusted.
