Jacoby retreats back to the Black Pearl. Later on Jacoby is seen on the Isla de Muerta. He fights with Will Turner and defeats him but Elizabeth saves him by whacking Jacoby in the head. Soon Jacoby gets 2 more fellow cursed pirates and attacks the 2 again. Will puts a log of wood through all three pirates. Will puts a bomb in Jacoby. They are then pushed out of the moon light. I seek out trails with water somewhere on them and this one had water everywhere.

The falls were fantastic!! Loved hiking while listening to the water!! Made it to the top and sat on a rock while the sun hit my face. Best hike ever!! Nice but still icy and muddy in spots. Most of the ice is gone on the Falls. This was a great trail to start off the hiking year. It was still icy but manageable. My dog and I had a great hike on a beautiful day. The falls had both flowing water and icy formations, definitely neat to see! Wanted to get out early on this beautiful day!

It was still 32 outside so everything was still frozen when I started. Expect a covering of snow and ice on the trail closer to the fall. It started warming up on the way back and ice started melting creating muddier conditions further from the fall.

So if you are going out today be prepared for a mixture of conditions. The fall had a good amount of water flowing over it and there were still some beautiful ice formations!

Loved doing this trail with my 7-year-old. Still pretty icy. Beautiful area and the still half frozen falls were gorgeous. Pretty icy this time of the year, but if you get a chance to see the half frozen falls, definitely do it! Was icy but worth the slow trek to get to the partially frozen falls! Looking forward to going back when everything thaws!

It was wonderful day to get out here on this trail. I believe I haven't been out here before. The fresh snow made the icy conditions that the previous people were talking about not bad at all. I didn't even put my micro spikes on until I got into the ice cave, and then didn't want to spill on the way down so I put them on.

I will definitely be back. Jacoby Falls is stunning in the winter. Trail was easy to follow and the snow was well packed down. You definitely need yaktracks or spikes to go on the ice.
